What’s my story?
Welcome to Asperger’s Assistance. This is the home for all your Asperger’s and Autism Spectrum needs.
Asperger’s Syndrome has been in my life since right after high-school, when I discovered I was different than other people. I have always had a desire to help people, but in 2009 I started my research into who I am as a person, and why. This is when I discovered what Asperger’s really was, and started my research into natural healing, health, and what it takes to heal myself of the symptoms known as Asperger’s Syndrome.

As I’ve mentioned, having Asperger’s for some is like waking up one day and finding out you have a terminal illness.
“It’s just something you have to live with”, is what they say.
Something else I’ve been told is “it’s incurable” and I’ve been asked “why would I want to change who I am”?
I’ve learned over several years, many, many things about natural health and know a few folks who have taught me a LOT in how I can heal my body.
I’ve learned about people who have lost the diagnosis of high-functioning autism and went back to having a zero or very low ATEC score.
I’ve also learned that I don’t need to be the person that I was known as in high-school, or how people knew me before.
Someone with a difficulty focusing, a difficulty in socializing and meeting people, and with ADD, ADHD, and Bipolar syndrome.
Someone with Asperger’s;
Someone with difficulty learning or staying on task.
I want to help people with all the things I see people with Autism Spectrum dealing or struggling with,
because I know not only what it’s like to have autism myself, but what it’s like to have children and a wife with Asperger’s.
I know how hard autism can be to cope with, and what it’s like to have a phrase associated with who you are that causes others to sometimes not want to associate with you.
But I’m here to change that and help as many people as I can.
